Refund Policy

We believe in our teaching process and are committed to delivering real value to our students.

Refund Policy for CA Foundation & CA Intermediate Programs

✅ We offer a 100% refund if a student fails in the ICAI examination and satisfies the required conditions. This is because we strongly believe in our mentorship and evaluation process.

Conditions to be eligible for refund:

  • The student must attempt all mentorship sessions provided in the program.
  • The student must attempt all tests conducted under the course, including:
    • Chapter-wise Tests
    • Portion-wise Tests (if applicable)
    • Full Syllabus Tests
  • Proof of exam attempt (admit card and result) must be shared with the support team.

If all the above conditions are met and the student is still unable to clear the ICAI exam, the refund will be processed as per our internal verification procedure.

Refund Policy for BCP (Become Complete Professional) Course

✅ For the BCP course, we offer a refund within 7 days of the purchase date if a learner is not satisfied with the course — provided the following condition is fulfilled.

Condition to be eligible for refund:

  • The learner must complete and submit three assignments given inside the course.
  • The assignments must be reviewed by our mentors.
  • If after completing these assignments the learner is still not satisfied, they can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Refund requests made after 7 days or without completing the required assignments will not be eligible.

All refund requests are subject to verification by the Lifelong Learners academic and support team.
